Online MLM Marketing tip #1 - When it’s time to get to work. You want to use a timer and do everything you need to get done without any distractions. What you want to do is fold a full size paper into 3 times and write down a “to do” list with only the most important things that cause results in your business.
This means no checking email, don’t worry about phone calls or checking your phone, the local news is not important, and have a do not disturb sign on your door for at least 2 hours to get all your stuff done with 10 minute breaks within that 2 hours.
Online MLM Marketing tip #2 – Get on the phone or interact with your leads that you generate for your business. This is powerful yet hardly anyone does it because they want to recruit without picking up the phone, which can be done but you need high flow of leads. So you want to start off by calling each lead and understand the type of prospect your attracting to you.
Ask the tough questions like, what is your biggest fear, and what is your biggest frustration. Learn about who they are and match a product or service to what their problems are. This will give you a higher conversion in sales and new recruits.
Online MLM Marketing Tip #3 – It’s time to really understand leverage and how it can work for you. Some might be thinking that they need to get to that 20 lead per day mark to finally break free of the rat race. But why not just recruit 3 people and show them how to get 5 leads per day. That way you and your team of 3 will be generating 20 leads per day combined.
That is what leverage is, and now you don’t have to wait to start generating 20 leads per day when you can do it faster as a team. Now imagine when you start generating 20 leads per day and you have a team of 10. If you can really spend time with your team and teach them as well how to generate 20 leads per day, that will give you and your team 200 leads per day.
Having the “leveraged lead getting mindset” will set you free and will teach you that you have a team that can take some burden off your shoulders. So it’s really important to focus on your teams success when you do start recruiting.
