Okay maybe not that good, but here is a great persuasion tip to recruiting any new amount of reps into your business. At times you might think that recruiting is hard, but you know how important it is to create wealth, and to have leverage in your business.
But it can be easy to get prospects to sign on the dotted line to join your team if you have the proper skills and know how to implement them. The big ah ha moment I had when it comes to recruiting is a small paragraph on the Magnetic Sponsoring book when he talks about McDonalds.
How a 15 year teen can come to work and with a quick 15 minute tutorial he is making the business money and making himself money. The huge thing here is “systems” is what makes sponsoring easy. But not just systems by itself, it’s the power behind the systems.
We all hear these little voices inside our heads, and you probably hear yours right now while reading this article. And when your trying to sponsor new recruits into your business, their little voices are asking themselves if they can build their business they way you are trying to get them into your business.
So if your spending like $500 on leads and doing 300 cold calls everyday, that is your system. Ask yourself if once you get a new rep will they be willing to deal with the rejection and waste a bunch of money using the exact same system? Some will do it, some won’t but it’s all in whether or not your prospect believes in your system.
That is why a lot of people think this industry is easy at first when their sponsor tells them that all they need to do is find 2 people and those people will find two other people. The system sounds easy enough, so you have to also be aware of the quality of your recruit when your sponsoring new reps.
There’s two big things you should keep in mind when developing your system for recruiting. The first thing you should ask yourself is if your system is “duplicable“. The next thing you should be asking yourself is, “will my new rep believe they can build a business using this system“.
The easier your system is to bring in new recruits the more recruits you will have coming into your business. Example) let’s say you hired a copywriter to write you up a direct response letter for your team. The letter converts at 5 new reps for every 100 people that read it.
If you let your prospect know that they will get the exact sales letter that recruits for them without rejection when they join you and that its been proven to recruit 5/100….that is very powerful persuasion to have on your part.
Now you have a simple system and great leverage when all your new recruits are duplicating by marketing this letter to a target market. To get it to an even more powerful level add in a team advertising co-op so now traffic is also taking care of.
So think of “systems” when trying to recruit and you will be recruiting new reps like the US army recruits new soldiers.
