WHITE DIAMOND EXECUTIVE

Maximum $600 monthly car bonus:

• 150,000 Group Volume Points
• 7,000,000 Team Volume Points
• 3 Legs
• Must maintain monthly volume at these levels to receive car payment

WHITE DIAMOND ELITE EXECUTIVE

Maximum $800 monthly car bonus:

• 225,000 Group Volume Points
• 9,000,000 Team Volume Points
• 5 Legs
• Must maintain monthly volume at these levels to receive car payment

BLACK DIAMOND EXECUTIVE

Maximum $1,000 monthly car bonus:

• 300,000 Group Volume Points
• 11,000,000 Team Volume Points

• Must maintain monthly volume at these levels to receive car payment

BLACK DIAMOND ELITE EXECUTIVE

Payment example: You qualify for $600, but your car payment is $550. The bonus money paid will be $550. If your car payment is $700 and you qualify for a $600 Luxury Car Program bonus, then you will receive $600 and you will be responsible to pay the $100 difference.

LUXURY CAR PROGRAM RULES

• Upon qualification to participate in the Trévo Luxury Car Program, the completed application to participate must be submitted to the Trévo corporate office.
• After this Luxury Car Program application is received and approved, send the completed vehicle contract or lease agreement along with all paperwork and a photo of the actual luxury vehicle purchased to the Trévo corporate office 30 days in advance of the 1st month’s bonus to be paid.  No bonus money will be paid until receipt of this information has been confirmed.
• All vehicles purchased or leased via the Trévo Luxury Car Program must be either black or white.
• Proof of car ownership and insurance verification must be submitted to the Trévo corporate office each year on the car purchase anniversary date.
• Car bonus money will only be paid through the lease or purchase period. Participating Life and Health Coaches will no longer qualify to receive bonus money when such lease period is complete or the car has been paid in full (not to exceed 5 years from date of manufacture).
• If the car is purchased with cash, bonus money will be awarded to the Life and Health Coach for the allotted 5 year period on the earned months only. For example, if you purchase the car on a 3-year note and pay off the car at the end of the 3 years, you will not continue to receive Luxury Car Program bonus checks for the 4th and 5th year.
• Participating Life and Health Coaches will only receive Luxury Car Program bonus checks according to their actual ranking at the end of each month. For example, if a Black Diamond Executive drops to a White Diamond Elite Executive level, that Black Diamond Executive will only receive a bonus payment in the amount of $800 rather than $1,000.
• If a Life and Health Coach drops below White Diamond Executive level, bonus money will not be paid. No exceptions will be made and any volume shortfalls cannot be made up in subsequent months.
• Any month that a Life and Health Coach does not meet the Luxury Car Program qualifications, he or she will not receive the bonus money and it shall not be added at the end of the term.
• All qualifications must be met within the calendar month by close of business (2:30PM CST) the last day of the month. No exceptions.
• Life and Health Coaches have the option to either purchase or lease the vehicle.
• Life and Health Coaches must purchase or lease one of the six approved models (i.e., BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes, Lexus, Range Rover or Cadillac).
• The vehicle must be manufactured no less than 2 years from the year it is purchased (i.e., participating Life and Health Coaches may purchase 2008 models or newer in 2010, etc.)
• Bonus payments are only offered for 5 years. At the end of such 5 years, the bonus money will cease or the Life and Health Coach must purchase or lease a new car. Payments will then continue for the months for which the Life and Health Coach qualifies to receive them.
• All cars must be purchased from an Authorized Dealer.
• All cars must be properly maintained and be in excellent working condition.
• All sales/lease agreements are between the Life and Health Coach and the dealership. Trévo LLC is not responsible for the purchase or lease of any vehicle.
• If a Life and Health Coach has financing problems due to credit issues, a co-signer is allowed as long as said Life and Health Coach’s name is on the contract or lease.

The Trévo corporate office reserves the right to make changes to the Luxury Car Program Qualifications at any time without notice.
