So things been taking a new turn in my business, I mean why didn’t I think of this before.  I remember reading the book “Think and Grow Rich” and there’s a whole chapter on having a MasterMind Team.  Basically having 2 or more people working for the same goal.  Well all this time I wondered how can I get my reps to have instant success the first 30 days they come on with me.  Well when I started out it took me a while to start generating leads for myself and that would be the first success I wanted for my new reps.  So the way I generate leads is with blogging and basically to grow your leads your increase your content and conversions.  So in the past 2 years I wrote over 400 posts and generate monster traffic and generate 1000s of leads for my network marketing business online.  It’s great but how can a new person start and get results like this asap.

So I asked myself how I can help my new recruits get results their first 30 days.  The best thing I knew how to do was blogging.  I presently teach people how to set up their own blog and blog everyday and send traffic to our team system to generate leads.  But that was taking too long for people to get results.  So I had this ingenious idea to create one team blog where each member can post articles to it daily.  So instead of having one blog with one article per day trying to get traffic.  You can have 20 people write one article per day so in 30 days you will already have 600 articles and monster traffic.  With all the traffic coming in you can actually filter them into one opt-in form and send emails out daily.  Here’s where the magic actually happens next.

How to Grow Your Team Fast With a Team Blog Co-Op

So now that your getting 600 articles per month that means in 3 months you will 1,800 posts.  With what I know about article syndication and teaching that to every blog poster it would be easy to say you can have 30,000-50,000+ visitors per month.  Imagine the growth of your business from there, I mean you would be killing it.  So what you do as the leader of the blog is turn that traffic into leads for your business.  Next you want to communicate daily with your leads and give them a call of action on each email.  The call of action should be a link to a value packed training capture page.  What I use is a link rotator so each person gets equal traffic and equal leads.  Plus each blog post will have each persons link so they can drive their own traffic as well.  You can grow a team so fast with this formula.

How to Manage Your Team Blog

Man its crazy the amount of things you can accomplish as a team and that’s why this method is so powerful.  It will start slow at first, I got 3 people who I got on my team co-op blog and it was cool that each day new content was being added to the blog.  It’s like a snowball effect, the more content added the bigger the snowball got.  As I kept adding new people to the blog that meant more content and more traffic which equals more leads for our team.  You can’t stop a huge overgrown snowball rolling down the hill, the momentum and size is just too strong.  I say limit the team blog to 20 people and create 20 leaders.  Once those 20 leaders are educated and use to what’s happening they can start their own team blog and start the process again for new people they are enrolling.  I love it and it’s something you should run with too to start creating killer results.
