So if your promoting something like – “Join our team we will build your one leg for you”, what you are really saying is -”hey you join our team I want a commission, and you can be lazy and not have to do anything”.
So be sure that you are targeting great people that you would love to work with. A really good technique for this is to create a team member avatar where you write out in detail the perfect rep that you would like to sponsor and then write your ads like your talking to that specific person.
One of the hottest leads you can get though are the ones that are specifically looking for your company. These are the individuals who are constantly researching your company, learning the compensation plan, learning about the products and are about ready to make a decision.
All these hot leads are looking for is the right team or leader to join so they know they can be successful. This is where you need to be so you can siphon all that traffic to you. The way you get them to you is with your marketing from ads, articles, videos, social media, banners, and more.
You want to get these prospects who are looking for your company to come into your universe. Now when you get all this traffic you need a system that they can go through. In the back of their minds they will be analyzing your system to see if its something they can use to build their business.
The trick is to keep it simple but make it powerful. Some key components are having a lead capture page, a direct response sales page, a follow up system, and a team blog or forum to show social proof of your teams momentum.
When they are getting emails about the new people who are joining your team and knowing that those new reps could of been under them is powerful, because it implements a powerful persuasion method called “fear of loss”. Also there is a lot of social proof implemented as well making them want to join your team because you are making moves.
But consistent follow up is key through email, and then leave key clear call to actions in email and P.S lines to have them sign up for your business. And these are for just the leads who are directly searching for your opportunity. With other leads you would handle the whole situation differently.
The main thing your leads are looking for is if they see you as a leader who can help them out,If you have a system in place that they can use to get money and freedom, and if they can see themselves being in your team.
Show them that with the key ingredient that you don’t really need them because you know where your going in life and nothing is going to stop you. Remember this is like your million dollar business, and you wouldn’t just hire anyone. So be strict on who you let into your business and you will have a lot of business wanting to get in.
