You might be thinking about starting your own business but first let me tell you why most people fail in network marketing. I know this subject very well because I got introduced into network marketing when I was 19, that was 6 years ago. Today I sponsor more people in a week then I use to in a whole year. I learned to make money while I sleep, I get thousands upon thousands of people visit my website and generate thousands of leads doing practically nothing. But before this I was dead broke, I slept on the floor in one of the roughest neighborhoods in Canada and drove a 1996 Dodge Neon that kept breaking down on me. I kept failing in network marketing over and over again trying to break free and finally found the answer, which is not what you think it is.

So why the heck wasn’t I making it. I was tired of getting the frustrated look on my girlfriends face as I tried to convince her that I needed to buy this next course on MLM. I promised her that this would be it, and after this course I would know the answer. I had spent nearly $3,000 already on network marketing training courses and was only making a couple hundred dollars online. I decided to take my business online as nothing was working offline. I think I was more fed up with having to go up to complete strangers and pitch a business opportunity to them. I was embarassed of admitting defeat as I told my whole family I would one day be rich from this MLM formula. Days went by, weeks, then months and eventually years, I don’t know where this optimism was inside of me but it kept seeping out. I couldn’t give up and accept that I would be working a minimum wage sales job all my life, I was about to really understand why most people fail in network marketing.

I would see my late nights up reading Tony Robbins trying to find a hidden clue. I remember reading in Mike Dillards Magnetic Sponsoring book that – “everything you need is already inside of you”. I didn’t really know what that meant at the time but it would soon be a quote that would change my life. I started a blog and it would be my 3rd time setting up a website. The other two websites I failed to keep running because I couldn’t find ways to pay for them. This was it, now or never I told myself, I had to make this work. I was sleeping on the floor in a crummy apartment with my girlfriend and my new son. I had to make something happen and with the limited money I had I just started to help people. I didn’t know what I was doing but I was learning a lot of stuff from other leaders in the industry and reading a lot of books. So I started to just teach what I knew through my blog.
When Success Happens – Why Most People Fail In Network Marketing
Every single day I just blogged. I would either wake up earlier or stay up later. I got to work and wrote an article geared towards people like me, people who were struggling to make it or even get an ounce of success. Then I started getting traffic to my site, 1 person here, another person their. It got to where I was getting about 100 people per week. I started generating leads and started to make affiliate sales to books I had purchased to better me. Soon I had cash flow to advertise and grow this business bigger. I then started to get thousands of people visit me and started to make thousands in commissions. People wanted to join my business and like day in night I had created success in my life. I couldn’t believe it but I started recruiting people weekly, I hit the leader boards for recruiting and I found the reason why most people fail in network marketing.
The big reason I find why most people fail in network marketing is not because of money or their current circumstance. I had no money and I lived in poverty so that really is no excuse. I remembered back on the quote that everything you need is already inside of you. That didn’t resonate with me when I first read it but as I continued on through the hard times and finally when I got success that quote meant a lot to me. A lot of what I learned on how to be successful can be found in your local book store for free. But it wasn’t a product or a person who made me successful. I found it had to me be, I had to step into that leadership position and really say I am going to help people. I took this business serious and never gave up knowing it was going to take some time. People always stop to short and expect so much too soon. This is a real business and you as a person have to be ready, and when you are success will come fast.
