The Power Gratitude

You have so much now in the form of tools, steps, and actions to do.

What you now know can absolutely level up your life so much that you will be pinching yourself.

Remember, we become what we think about.

What we think about expands.

The key to happiness to being grateful.

If we focus on everything that makes us grateful, we will bring more of it in our lives.

What You Focus on Expands - Focus on Gratitude and Abundance

The reason why we were struggling was because that is what we thought about.

What we are focusing on expands more into our lives.

We think about:

Bills
Arguments with our spouse
Little to no money in the bank
Struggle and pain
hardships
Things not working out
A negative situation that happened
Past circumstances that weigh on us
Future challenges that haven't happened yet

We constantly think about these problems and that in turn brings more of it into our lives.

We have to change what we focus on.  That comes from changing how we think.

When we change how we think, our actions change.

When we change our actions, our results change.

That is why we have to change everything internally first.  Change your self image, your programming, the way you think, the way you act, and the results we get.

Everything happening in the current moment.  The place you live in, the car you drive, the money in your bank, is ALL the results of your PAST THINKING.

So we have to think better.  To do this, one of the best ways I've found is to focus on gratitude.

How to Focus on Gratitude & Abundance Daily

For this you will want your own blank journal.

It will be your gratitude journal.

Everyday we are going to do something that started my success and abundance.

This was starting a gratitude journal.

Every morning while I have coffee, I bring out this journal and I write out my gratitudes.

I started doing this when I was living in the Hood in a run down apartment building in Saskatoon.

My life was so tough and I was struggling so much in my life.

I was learning all these things you been learning this course and putting it into action.

I had a hard time trying to say my gratitude when my life sucked and was experiencing hardships.

I decided to do it anyway.

I would write:

I'm so happy and grateful now that I....

3.

4.

I would write out all the things I could think about.  I couldn't think about much, but I now believe anybody can find something to be grateful for.

I wrote things like.

1. having a roof over my head

2. having something to eat today

3. having my wife and kids with me

4. that I have a job and making income

I'd write all the things that I could be grateful for at the time and it's funny now that I live a life full of abundance and wealth, it's still the simple things that I'm grateful for.

Then I would write things that I wanted in my life and would write I'm grateful for as if I already had them in my life.

I wrote things like.

1. Having more money in my life

2. Getting Free travel

3. Getting Free hotels

Then the other thing you want to document is all the good things that happen in your life.

Here is What Happens When You Document Your Gratitude and Abundance

When I started to do this, my life started to experience cool things almost immediately.

I started to find money on the ground.  It wasn't much, like nickles and dimes.

I took every penny I found and thanked the Creator/Universe/energy for putting more wealth in my life.  I would document it in my gratitude journal.

A friend would call my phone and say they are going to come visit and said they would bring me coffee.

Wow, I didn't have to get into my broken down 1996 Red Dodge Neon to drive to the coffee shop to go buy a coffee on my own.

No my friend is going to spend his money and do the driving and delivering.

Wow that's abundance, let me write that in my journal.

Then I would get a phone call from a company.  They were looking for performing artist and I would get the call.  It would come with free flights, hotels, food, and money.

Wow, that's abundance.  Let me write it down in my journal.

It's starts to get bigger and bigger.

It's starts to better and better.

What you focus on expands.  Having a journal is going to help you focus on Abundance and Gratitude.  

This is going to snowball and bring more of it into your life.

Here's What You Do

Get yourself a journal.  Start documenting your gratitudes and all the cool things that happen in your life.

Write out 10 things you are grateful for
Write out things your grateful for that haven't shown up yet as if they already have
Write out any cool things that happen to you daily
Write out all the free things you get in your life
Write about people who were nice to you
Write about people who gave your their time
Write about things you find like money on the ground

I found to get results almost immediately.  More and more of the above started to happen more often.

Remember

Most people know what they need to do to change their lives, but most do it.

The success comes from when you do the work.

If you came this far in the course and haven't done a single action.  I suggest you to stop and not even go further.  Why? Nothing is going to change in your life until you start doing the things that will help you change.
