What if you can write a few words, hit a button and BOOM….Profits fill your bank account.

In todays post I’m going to share with you how I am able to do this BUT more importantly how you can do it for yourself.

In your business you want to get sales. You want money flowing to you so you can pay your employees, pay for marketing, and grow. Most businesses fail though to find momentum and to stay in momentum.

The Philosophy of This Formula – Offer Value

If you have business and you came to me for advice, this is what I would tell you to do. It’s a longer term strategy but it’s worth it in the long run of your business.

You need to have the philosophy of helping people and providing value.

That is the number one thing you want to do. Give as much value as you can. Whatever industry you are in, you can give advice to people who are looking for your help or to buy your products/services.

What are at least 10-30 pieces of information you can create in either a blog style, video style, audio style, or image style. You can even mix and match these together.

In this blog post I’m using a mix of written word, video, and images.

The foundation of this strategy is to offer value and build goodwill with your audience.

Step 2 – Learn to Capture Leads

In your business you should be capturing leads. To do this you need to offer something of value in exchange for an email of your contacts.

That way you can easily stay in contact with a list of people who are interested in what it is you have to offer.

For example.

If you were a real estate agent that sells homes. You want to be in contact with people who are looking to buy homes in the area that you service.

You can start creating content helping people who are looking to buy a new home for themselves. When your market consumes your helpful content, send them now to go to your lead capture page.

A lead capture page is where you offer another thing of value in exchange for their email. For you as a real estate agent it can be the “Top 7 Things You Should Be Aware of Before You Buy Your First Home” Free PDF or Video.

Now the only people who are going to give you their contact info in return for this valuable content are people who are looking to buy their first home. They are perfect for your market.

You want to think of your industry and figure out what kind of LEAD MAGNET you can create for your industry.

I have many others, but this strategy works so well for me in my business.

Step 3: Constantly Give Value

Now that you have an email list of leads. I use a service called GetResponse.

This is where I can craft ONE email that will be personalized to all my leads. When I email this list of leads, I can simply hit send and it goes out to 100s and sometimes 1000s of people all at once.

Most businesses will only send them back to buy there stuff. I do it a bit differently.

I’m always thinking of creating content that helps them with their situation. I send them this helpful useful content and then I ask for the sale.

Its like saying, here something that can really help you and by the way I got this thing that you can buy that will help you even more.

If you stay with a mindset like this, you can take your business to new heights and start winning.

Step 4: Ask for the Sale

What you are doing with this strategy is building goodwill with your audience.

You have to know that only a small percentage of sales are made at the initial point of contact. The bulk of the sales are made on the follow up and after the 3-4-9th point of contact or more.

It’s good to continue to build goodwill with your audience so that when they are finally ready to buy, they only think of you.

In your P.S statements in your email is where you can ask for the sale.

When you send them to a helpful piece of content on your website like where you are at now, you can ask for the sale at the bottom of your content.

Basically you are masking your offer in all the good helpful content that you are sending out.

The above screen shot is from me sending my leads to helpful content over the past week.

That means 1,013 people read my email and decided to click to go consume my helpful content that I gave out.

Then they decided to buy. Hadn’t I sent out that helpful content, I wouldn’t have been able to make $1,468 extra for my business.

This also helps me when sales are low to keep them at my set goal of $1,000 per day.
